I’ve always been that guy that made excuses for why I couldn’t get in shape, but Dan changed that. From the start I was honest about my struggles and expected him to put me in the to hard basket and turn me away.

That flicked a switch mentally for me and finally decided no more excuses and it's time to make a change.
